If the goods have not been dispatched we can cancel order and refund full amount. If goods have been dispatched then we will deduct postage and packaging charge from the refund amount. Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you can return products to us, providing they are in an as new condition, within 14 days from the day after you received the goods. Buyer shall be responsible for the postage cost of returned item. We recommend you send any products back to us securely packaged using a recorded delivery service, enclosing your name and address.
